Calculating Unemployment Rate

First you need to know they amount of workers who are not employed. this is the Labour force-employed

then you find the unemployment rate by # of unemployed/labour force*100

more men are unemployed in Canada due to this recession laying off workers in industries that are mainly male workers (manufacturing)(it is called mans session inflation)
